Tail wagging

I have a phobia of insects, and I got a job at a pet store. Stupid me thought I'd be able to get over the fear. I only worked there for two days, and I got fired because I couldn't handle the crickets. I understand and all, but my boss could have been nicer about it.

that's sooo mean. i got a job at a pet store that sold loads of parrots.. and I'm scared of parrots it was only a volunteer job but they still let me stay there until I gave up after 4 months because i wasn't getting paid. They just helped me.. and moved the parrots when they were trying to climb on me

All I did was work the register. My boss was a real jerk. Told me I had to eat a chocolate covered cricket after a month or I was fired. He picked on me the most, and threatened me with a squirt bottle because I was being talkative, I do that when I'm nervous or trying to get people to like me!

I'm glad I read this post! I had thought something was wrong with Ripley, shes a clicker. Every time I try to handle Nostromo he kinda squeaks...its a relief that its normal!
