New

Retail Shop

Was it recommended to you by a sales clerk or secondary party (friend, relative, another herper, etc.)?

Nope.. I knew I needed sphagnum moss when I bought my gecko from the advice of a forum Smile and i like to buy the best brands of reptile merchandise.. soo I got zoo med Very Happy

Describe your experience with this product:
-It has been a really good product.
-It keeps moisture well..I only need to spray it every other day.
-It looks nice and natural because it's made to be used in amphibian terrariums. It comes in the nice colourful box, which is nice and can be re-used to store my herp product.
-It's dried inside the box, which i prefer over the wet packaged moss you can get.

-you get quite a lot of it in one box soo it lasts me a good 2-3 months You can buy different sized boxes, I got a medium box this time.
-It's sustainably harvested.. which is quite nice =]

Would you recommend this product to another herper?

Yes I would

If this product failed you, has the company/manufacturer been notified?

not to put down your review or anything im sure this stuff is good, but you can go to lowes or home depot and buy sphagnum moss for half the price than at a pet store. just a little tip to help you save money. also make sure its the organic kind and it dosn't have any fertilizer added to it.

it looks like this and its like 4 bucks compared to the 8 you would pay at a pet store afro

Terrarium moss is actually put thru several different cleaning processes that plant moss may not have to eliminate parasites and disease. Usually most plant mosses are just cleaned and not disinfected.

Thank you for using our review form sarah... it made it very easy to go thru your review Wink
