Its alright, its the cheap option and will get you by, but it has its flaws.
Pulse stats are better but more expensive.

No, leos do not need any lighting at all. It actually stresses them out to have lights.

You only need moonlight bulbs IF you need to suppliment heat that your mat isn't making. Moonlight blue is the only 1 I have found that doesnt upset eros.

Natural light from your window will be perfectly fine, and will keep a natural day/night cycle for the animal.
