In my opinion in looks like a tremper, however Jordan is our morph expert and should be along to either agree or correct me if im wrong.

Its differcult to tell at this age without knowing the parents. Do you know the parents? that will help tons.
But it does look tremper if i had to guess, though guessing is never good
