Bob's Tank
Lol, still don't know if its a male, So as some know we are new here and I took some of the suggestions and got rid of the carpet and bought some tile and rearrange items. So I took pics and wanted to get some comments of improvements or more suggestions. Thanks, J

I will be improving the thermometers, and the heating pad under the tank covers
a good portion of the right viewing side. I just use the light for viewing and is not directly
over the tank.

Re: Bob's Tank
If you ever think you're not getting enough humidity in the humid hide, you can always get a cheapo Tupperware bowl and lid and gut a hole in the side. While less attractive, it functions better.
If you like your half log with moss in it, more power to you! It looks great, and the tile looks perfect!

It looks totally great!! I am worried about that cactus though. Are those pricklies on the cactus hard or sharp?? I would be worried about Bob going after some food and scratching herself on it. It looks like it could cause a nasty wound.
Please say it just looks prickly but it really isn't??

Bob's tank looks great. I hope you like the tile, it is so nice looking and functional as well which is awesome:D. You have done a great job setting up Bob's new home
Re: Bob's Tank
Your new and improved set up is looking great
I love the colour of the tiles
Don't worry about the cactus.. it looks the same as my exoterra cactus. they are made especially for herps and the 'spikes' are made of soft plastic. They are bendy and there are no sharp edges.

Yes the cactus is one from the exoterra set up which I felt was too small. Thanks for the replies, J

Re: Bob's Tank
Wow what a great setup, really nice.
Like one of the members already stated, a gladware containe you would use for leftovers(ha!) would be ideal for a moist hide, yes it is kinda ugly, but you can maybe make it look cool by coloring on it with safe markers ect.
