You'll get a better idea once you get your leo. But the general rule of thumb is nothing thicker than half the space between their eyes. With meal worms you can pretty much feed the largest size to an adult leo.

Actually the rule of thumb is nothing bigger around than the space between their eyes hon feeding mealworms could result in your leo ingesting too much chitin (shell) and that could cause constipation, but many peole do it fine with out problems, just make sure your temps are in the 90-96*F range for optimum digestion. I prefer feeding a more appropriate sized feeder such as superworms as they have a better meat to shell ratio. You can check out the differences here http://www.leopardgeckoforum.com/t290-the-difference-between-superworms-and-mealworms That way you can make an informed decision whether to go with supers or mealies. I don't feed crickets because of the potential for parasite infection. Never leave feeders in your viv for more than a half hour unless they are in an escape proof dish as they can nibble and harass your leo stressing it out or causing him injury. A 8-9 month old leo should be able to handle large crickets and any size super or mealie.

Ok thanks. I also went to the petstore today to buy the feeders. They had "large super worms (7¢)" and "king worms(5¢)" and I was wondering what the difference between those 2 are ?

King worms are likely superworms honestly. I've never heard of them really so unless they can give you the scientific name its hard to say what they really are. Maybe they'll let you take a picture to post and we can id them.

Re: What size feeders ???
King worms actually look like mealworms to me... they don't have the banding you'd expect to see on supers. Maybe they're just really big mealworms but according to this site http://www.wormman.com/cat_superworms.cfm it says they're superworms.
