Shedding
My leo, sprocket, just finished shedding, but there is still some on his toes. Should i try to get this shed off right away, or should i wait a bit before trying?
Edit: well hes trying to get it off now, So should i just wait it out? till like hes done trying completely?

Re: Shedding
Usually what I do when Eros sheds and has some stuck to toes or the top of his head is make sure his moist hide is rewet, not soaked but nice and damp with warm water, put his low watt moonlight bulb on over top of it over night and let him try to work it off by himself. If by the following night he hasn't gotten it off, off to the bath he goes for a little assistance. That is unless he has shed stuck over his nostrils, which he is notorious for.. then we remove it right away.
Re: Shedding
ok cool. so let him try it over night, and if not gone by the following night then help him out.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: Shedding
So when you put warm water in the hides do you just put strait tap water in there?

Re: Shedding
I use warm water right from the tap, yes. I user paper towels in his moist hide so I just soak them well then kinda ring it out a but and replace it in his tank
