Re: Strange orange blotch
that is completely normal. check your other post and i explained a little about the carrot tail genetics, or at least the characterics...it is a linebred, or polygenic trait. depending on how much carroting it develops, would depend on if i would call it a carrot tail or not, i also posted some pics as examples of carrot tails.

Re: Strange orange blotch
Two things. One it can not be het for lavender. Lavender is also a polygentic trait. As for the orange blotch that is where it all began. When carrot tails were created and super hypos it started with a little bit of orange and a whole lot of line breeding. Very nice high yellow gecko non the less.

LOL CHAZ, we actually went over the whole "het for lavender' thing in a post not long ago...its is funny, well not really...how many 'bs' breeders that are out there who will sell bogus 'morphs' alot of them may not know better, but then they should not be selling....and others simply just wanna make a quick buck...either way, they usually dont last long as breeders, as thier rep quickly catches up to 'EM.
