Update on questionaire
Care Questionaire:
About your leo:
- 4 females Star,Nana,Peaches & Blizzy
- Star-2 years, Nana 2 years, Peaches 2 years, Blizzy 3 years....weight N/A for all
- Star-Rainwater albino,Nana-Tremper Elipse,Peaches-Tremper hybino or sunglow,Blizzy-super giant either normal or mack snow
- Star-1 year,Nana-5 months,Peaches-5 months,Blizzy-20 days as of this update post
- Star-pet store,Nana-breeder,Peaches-breeder,Blizzy-breeder
- Captive bred
A) Health/History
- All leos-3-4 times a week
- None act different
- All leos never had problems
B) Fecals
- All leos dont look different. all look yellow for urine and brown or whatever color for poop
- Star-3 days ago,Nana-2 days ago,Peaches-yesterday,Blizzy-yesterday
C) Problem
- No problems right now just an update
Housing:
A) Enclosure
- 40 breeder
- Glass tank
- Half sand & half tile soon to be all tile
- Two on hot side front and back left,one in the middle,two (one is a moist cave) on cool side front and back right side
B) Heating
- UTH 30-40 gal size Zoo Med. no bulbs
- hot side 89-102, cool side 76-84
- No regulation of heat source
- Probe thermometer and temp gun
- No lights
C) Cage mates
- 4 females
- No health or previous problems except for one. peaches is the boss in the tank and didnt realize til this incident. i got blizzy recently and added her to the tank. next day i saw bite marks and mini bruises on her tail. but shes ok i treated her and seperated them for awhile.
Describe Diet:
A) Typical diet
- Superworms and ocaionally crickets and waxworms
- feeding every other day or every two days.superworms bowl in tank 24/7. but hand feed 3-4. crickets hand feed, its different days for each from 1-6
- Tongs and left in dish
B) Supplements
- Zoo med repti calcium powder with d3
- N/A vitamins
- Dust every piece of food in powder every time fed
- superworms with oatmeal and crickets with Flukers Gut Load

Hi, I am not sure if you wanted a responce, but I wanted to mention a few things. In my opinion that is too many Leo's for a 40 gallon. You also mentioned that their "urine was yellow"? It is suppose to be white. It's possible the cause is dehydration due to your high temps. Your hot side should not exceed 96. Also be careful with too much vitaminD. I would not use it more than 3 times a week if feeding daily, 2 times a week if feeding every other day.
