Hi I am Joe and I bought my first leopard gecko, last Thursday 09/08. I volunteer in schools and do a science guy. I bought Sparkie to be my assistant. I am sure the kids are going to love him.

Welcome the forum! Everyone here is really friendly and nice. Very Happy

Awww! That's such a good idea! I'm sure the kids will love little Sparkie. I know when I was younger I loved the science guys coming in and bring the animals, and snakeskins and all that stuff! LOL I still do. :P

Do you know all you need to about leos? You know about proper husbandry and housing? Here is a really informative sticky, just in case you want to read up on the care/keeping of leos: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I can't wait to talk with you, and I can't wait to see pictures of your lovely leo Sparkie!

Oh btw my name is Kathryn ^_^

Hi Joe, I bring my leos, blue tongue skinks and African fat tails to my kids school and they are ALWAYS a hit. I love to see the look of almost scared and then joy when they actually touch them and face the fear of the unknown. I hope you get the same experiences with Sparky Very Happy.

I can't wait to see pictures of him/her Smile
