New button and icon inputs

I am making new forum icons through out.
The homepage icons which signify when there is new posts in that forum or not.
Also new buttons for the 'Post Reply' or 'New Thread' buttons.
I am making from scratch (as i did the navbar buttons), and so i would like your input as to how you would like them to look/be and just any input you wish to give.

I think everything is looking great so far. I love the style of the new buttons in the nav bar (except I think I would mark profile User CP insted). I like that they're bigger... it makes it easier to use the forum on my android phone. The colores compliment the forum nicely... LOTS of purple

The new button look fantastic Jordan. I especially think it is a nice touch that the PM button lights up when you have a new private message. Very clever and a nice feature.

Lol read the OP properly, im not asking for feedback on the new navbar at the top. Im asking for input on how you would like the next new buttons to look?
As i am crrently making new buttons for the homepage, the bits next to each forum which are blue and glow orange when there is new posts. I a making different ones for their and i want your input.
I also want input about the what the new buttons for 'Post Reply' and 'New Topic' should look like?

Unfortunately, even if you like the homepage icons, they will be changing defnitely, for undiscussable reasons.
