Thanks button

I know some other forums have a 'Thanks' button, allowing you to thank a member by clicking thanks. if you've seen them before you will know what im talking about.

Anybody bother about having it?

I think you should make a like button

A like button, like on facebook? ... as in, the most pointless thing ever in creation? lol, im not a facebook fan. but i'll see if its possible if that's what you mean.

haha yeah.. i dont like facebook much either. i just use it to stay in touch with my people who don't go to my college because i hardly get to see them. and post millions of animal photos on

yeah it would be nice if you could like comments and photos and stuff. i don't know.. its just an idea lol

hmm, i'll see what i can do.
If i can do it, i'll give it a test run and see if its pointless or useful lol.

i think a thanks button may be an idea sometime though, i've actually started using it on the other forum a bit more often now.

Gonna stick up the thanks button for a test now, so let me know what you think and if it works.

EDIT: tried it out myself, its not too good. So its gone for now, unless i make some improvements to it in the future.
