What kind of behavior is this? Empty What kind of behavior is this?

Claudia was roaming around her viv and she started waving her tail back and forth, slowly, then she started walking around normal again. I then heard her strike the bottom of the viv as if she was biting food. I looked and there was a speck of eco-earth a few inches in front of her face that she tracked out of her litter box(maybe she thought it might be something tasty). Then she roamed around some more, stared at me for a minute so I offered her mealies, she said no. Then a minute or so later I look over and she's standing tall with her tail really high in the air and waving it back and forth at a moderate speed, like how a cat does. More roaming around as she normally does.

Her viv is on my dresser which has a mirror.

Is she hunting? Or is she letting that hot leo, that she maybe saw in the mirror, know that this is her territory? :P

Either way it was amusing, funny little creatures they are.

haha yeah I have most of it covered except for a little square. I'll have to fix that. I want to make my own background for her viv, like mustangs racing or monster trucks haha Maybe I should just do some nature for her though

leopards use thier tails ALOT, for signaling, and ive even seen them use them as a contact feeler in thier caves and stuff. leopards are very scent and sight oriented lizards, she was just signalling something. i love the way they use thier tails, it is honestly one of my favorite qualities they have!
