Shed Question Empty Shed Question

Post by fufucuddlypoops6 Sun Aug 28, 2011 4:25 am

Misfit has shed for the second time! He shed the day before I came home from a trip, so he was nice and pretty for my return!

He has some shed clinging to the side of his neck. It doesn't look like it's bothering him. He doesn't even seem to notice it. But I'm not sure if he'll remove it on his own or if I need to step in.

If I need to step in, would I use the wet q-tip trick like with toes? He has a moist hide that I basically spray every day, and he has a rock.

If it's still there tomorrow, I'd say go ahead and use the q-tip trick on it. I bet it falls of before then, but if not then a quick helping hand will be greatly appreciated by him. Wink
