Miracle ate a superworm today! Very Happy
I kept trying and trying, and she finally ate one! And much faster than I thought she would. She had a little trouble at first, but now I think she's got it down.
I'll see if she eats one tomorrow.
EEK! So happy! Very Happy

Congrats, have you tried waxworms yet or a really small pinkie mouse (frozen and warm them up)

Brittnay... Why would you suggest a pinky mouse? that is generally not recommended for an insectavoirous herp unless it is a laying female that is depleated from breeding season. They really lack the harsh stomach acids needed to dissolve bone and fur since they are designed to eat bugs. Also wax worms should only be fed as an occasional treat maybe 1-3 waxies a week at most.

YAY for Miracle's first super worm Hooray! 191501

I'm so happy for you! Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys!
Miracle loves waxworms, and mealworms. But the superworms took a bit of time. I wasn't expecting her to eat them today, but I put one in anyway. It was like she worked the courage up to eat it, cause she would look at it and then walk away, and then she finally ate it! Hopefully this will be added nutrition for her diet.

Her tail is growing back very well. I'll try and get some pictures tonight or tomorrow and post them so you can all see her tail progress!

geckogal - She LOVES waxworms! Her eyes just light up when she sees them. I might get her some butterworms tomorrow to see if she likes them!
kermit - That is really interesting, I didn't know that about the mice. My friend has been thinking about getting a pinky mouse for her geckos, I better warn her about that!
gothicgurrrl - Hahaha, you were right! I showed her who's boss! I will try one again tomorrow, and see if she likes it!
