I couldn't belive it when i looked in to see him like that on the end of the heat-mat, at first i thought he was dead in that position lol, i do have some very strange animals Smile

Well from my behavioral studies it is often required to have a certain level of comfort and care for an animal to feel so safe and carefree as to expose themselves like that. It really does go against most natural instinct to hide to avoid being some ones meal to lay out in the wide open like that let alone sleep there.

So yeah I do think that your care and level of attention you pay to detail has a LOT to do with their comfortable laid back silly nature.

funny you should say about sleeping out in the open as he'll also sleep on out double bed either in a crease on the duvet or next to me or gary. and in his viv he will always sleep out in the open/next to glass & never goes into his cave at all. Smile
