All right. Mystery baby. The mom is a Phantom. Dad, unknown. Anyone want to take a stab at it. May be still a little early but a guess wouldn't hurt.






The baby is standing beside a water bottle lid....they are so tiny and cute!!!

The clutch mate should come along soon. I am happy to say that these two eggs were stuck together when laid and they look like they are both gonna survive.

Looks like a snow.
And since the phantoms contain TUG snow gene, it could be a TUG snow.

As long as the dad doesnt contain mack snow.
I have to disagree with this pairing Jolene to be honest, you should never breed an unknown... for this reason.

Yeah, I know what you are saying Rick. I can't be sure. They said that it is from TUG BUT I was also taking 12 of their reptiles because they were darn near death some of them because of neglect so it is hard to say. He couldn't even tell me who the father was so it is all guess work. My guess would be that the father is a blizzard(Dark one...aka midnight blizzard) but that is just a guess.

HAHAHA Rick, she is TSF and will probably be sold on kijiji for 50 or 60 bucks. I am not working with snows and have to limit my projects to a certain number...which is two. I will be working with my tangs and hypers. Although, maybe I should keep my VERY first baby this year....hmmmmm

Im sorry to say that it wont stay black and white though. Will begin to look more normal and normal over the months.

it looks cute, im not sure how the colors change with age. im a complete newb to this i always thought a leopard gecko was just a leopard gecko lol. but if this is anything like fish (which i know a little bit about) i could only imagine what he/she will look like as it ages.

This one probably be absolutely pure white, believe it or not. The thing is I don't know who the father is because this was a rescue so in the reptile world it is a mutt, a cute mutt but a mutt.

I will find a home with someone who just wants a pet and doesn't care about morphs and such!

mutts are always the best pets

LOL, I think so too. I breed for myself more than anything. I want to see what I can get and what I can make. Not what I think everyone else wants.

lol sorry jolene! and i was a professional fighter for nine years, i never hit below the belt! lol, i am all about a good discussion, and me and jordan are both professional enough to respect each other! but i think it will be cool no matter what the genetics behind it! i am curious to see what you find out, so keep us posted every so often...

Perhaps it's a poor choice of words Jordan. i should have said COULD be absolutely pure white. OH, I was thinking Blizzard not snow.....oops. Right if it's a snow it will still have black on it.

As for the friendly debate I really had no issues with it. The only reason I split it is because it was distracting away from the started thread, not because I was offended by it at all. I thought it was an interesting read all around, feel free to carry on
