Soon to be working at dodgey reptile shop :S
Exactly what the title says, there is a pet shop round the corner from me which has baby bearded dragons and three female leopard geckos, they said I may be able to work there, while talking to one of the staff about my geckos I realised just how uneducated pet shops are about geckos...
1. The Leo's are on wood chips
2. One hide for 3 geckos
3. Crickets running wild in cage
4. There are two big ones and one tiny one
The lady told me the tiny one just laid eggs, it didnt look very old either! Then the lady told me about the eggs and how she sprays them with water and turns them around, that doesn't sound right to me correct me if I'm wrong btw
There is a really forgoes completely spotty one not sure on morph but they are 40£ and I'm very tempted to buy it, poor thing deserves a nice home

this wouldnt happen to be in a leadig chain of pet shop would it... not sure if you're allowed to name and shame on here, but I have one down the road from me and i ended up having words with the manager and writing a lieeter to get them to sort out their reptile section... to no avail because I went in there yesterday and their water dish was empty and their temps were 26degrees.
Anyway if you get the job, at least you'll have some kind of reptile experience so maybe best you do get it! help the little fellers out.

Generally you can't fight ignorance... unfortunately... just look at the big chain stores in the US... they STILL publish the SAME inaccurate care sheets, still use the wrong bedding etc. All things they said they would change now that they knew better .... but haven't...

The pet shop is just the one don't think there are any others, they have quite a few neared dragons too but I know nothing about other reptiles, since getting into Leo's I see one and I instantly go through everything I know and see if they are okay lol, I'm hoping I get the job do I can put a little care in for the reptiles, the workers there already don't seem to know a lot
