Gecko Age? Empty Gecko Age?

Okay, so I am looking at a petstore with HEALTHY juvenile Leo babies. They don't know how old they are and I'm not good at estimating.
They are about 4inches long (head to tail) and still have only stripes. Can anyone give a good estimate on age?
