Dark spots appearing on Leo's mouth

My leo has started developing a bunch of dark dots around both sides of his mouth. This wouldn't alert me if he/she had spots but since I have a super hypo tangerine I am worried because he seems to be on route to be a very bright colored lizard. I was thinking maybe crickets were grabbing him or the fact that he climbs to the top of the screen and tries to escape which then he rubs his face against the top. I took some pics and I know they aren't the greatest you can kind of get an idea of what I'm referring to.

They look normal to me. SHTCTB can have black spots around the mouth and tail, seen it on many SHTCT's. They rarely stay the same when they grow up from hatchling age, so you will see changes as they shed and grow older.

I have had dark pigmentation appear on geckos at various stages of their lives and it has so far never been a problem. The only thing I would worry about is if the "spots" are actually tiny cuts/scabs. If they are just purely darker skin, it happens and I wouldnt worry too much
