I am breeding my leo's and need a rack should i build or buy a rack? whats your opinion?

PROS OF BOUGHT RACK
-comes with heat tape 
-professionally built 
-sturdy
-$175 (with out shipping)
CONS OF BOUGHT RACK
-doesn't come with tubs
-you have to pay for shipping

I'm leaning towards a bought rack. I found an amazing rack online http://www.animalplastics.com/1754EP.htm

I just finally caved in and ordered an animal plastics economy rack after doing loads of research and comparing prices. It will house all of my leos and I can let you know what I think of it once it gets here.
I have build racks in the past, which also works fine, but they tend to be made out of melamine which is EXTREMELY heavy. The homemade rack my leos are in now holds 21 15qt tubs but probably weighs 200lbs...
