Hypo vs. Normal-Juvenile ?

Is it possible to tell the difference between a hypo and a normal leopard gecko when they are juveniles? They look very similar to me. I tried to do a search and could not find anything on this forum.

Yes you can actually tell the difference. A high yellow will usually have darker bands as a hatchling and the tangerine will have a much lighter bands and the background of the gecko is not usually yellow but a slight bit orange.
