Yup, I am officially addicted!

So when I bought Claudia from the family owned pet store a few weeks ago I didn't know any information about her, age, morph etc. The owner of the store wasn't in that day, just her daughter. My family has been buying tropical fish from them for years so we know them really well. So next time I went in Santa, the owner, was there so I got to ask some questions and she said that Claudia was about 7-8 months old. She said she would talk to the breeder and get me a male. Next time I saw her she said the breeder remembered Claudia and said she was SHTCTB.(which I already knew from this forum :P). But it was good to hear none the less that the breeder is somewhat knowledgeable.

But anyways I got my new buddy today! He was really pissed off about being in a smaller cage at the store, when I reached in to touch him he started waving his tail like a cat THEN HE WHIPPED ME WITH IT and turned around and bit me. It was hilarious but I felt bad for the little guy being in a strange new place. He is temporarily in a 12 gallon, he'll be in a 28 gallon sometime this week.

Claudia wasn't skittish at all when I got her but he definitely is so I'm going to leave him in peace for a a few days or week. Got him a moist and dry hide and UTH, he's loving it BTW.

The pictures are dark because I didn't want to disturb him with the flash or take him out for a close up.

Haha, its addicting, and it hits you fast, doesn't it?
I think I got my second within 2 or 3 weeks, then got more, and more and more xD And now I have a few different reptiles lol. VERY addicting!

The owner's name made me laugh seeing how Christmas is coming lololol XD

Congrats on the new Leo. He is beautiful and does look like a normal or High Yellow. 2 of my new baby leos that i just got a few weeks ago are the same way they like to bite me when i get in there tanks LOL. Leo's are very addicting i know first hand LOL. I got back into leopard geckos about 5months ago and i got Regina my female SHTCTB and she was the first one i have had in many years. Felt almost like the first time ever lol and now about 5 months later i have 17 total Leopard Geckos

OMG ASIANPERSUASION! 17? Thats crazy and awesome! Yeah Santa told me that he is bred from a tangerine and a carrot tail, but I don't know if she remembered all the information the breeder had told her. I don't know if that info even means anything as to what he is but ya lol.

Yeah Kath, her name is pretty funny considering the holidays haha especially because they've been playing Christmas music in their shop non stop LOL

Oh and his eyes are silvery grey like the ones in the morph directory on the mack snow....I don't know if that means anything, of course.

I would have actually preferred a leo with less spots than he has but his eyes really captured me. Plus, I've always been partial to animals that a lot of spirit.

Most of my pets are extremely stubborn and rebellious. ;P

Thanks! I'm currently in the process of planning how all these terrariums are going to go in my room. I have a book shelf with adjustable shelves and the width and length of each section is perfect for 20 gallons. I have room for a grand total of 8! 4 on each side, then I have mini non-adjustable shelves in between the adjustable ones that are perfect for plugs, vitamins, and bugs!

congrats !!! and i think kathryn just nailed a great name for him!!! SPITFIRE!! thats should be his name!! i love it! and if you dont use it, i may name one of mine spitfire, i really like that for a name...even if you do use it, i still may anyways!! lol, good stuff!

...and geckos are worse than crack!!! you can quit crack...well, i think you can??? lol
