Super rainwater snow patternless
Can anybody tell me what outcome I would achieve when breeding a super rainwater snow paternless with a rainwater snow paternless. Thanks

Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
Genetics calculator says:
50% Mack Snow het Rainwater Albino het Murphy Patternless
50% Normal het Rainwater Albino het Murphy Patternless
50% Mack Snow het Rainwater Albino het Murphy Patternless
50% Normal het Rainwater Albino het Murphy Patternless
Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
Thank you - the facebook version doesn't have them morphs unless i would of helped. stopped me wondering haha x
Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
So they won't look anything like the parents? The parents are a stunning clean bright white

Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
Nope, but you'll make some het's to be able to breed back to the parents and replicate to some extent the parents.
Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
I thought I was fair intelligent untill I started researching all this! So how would the parents have been created?

Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
Rainwater to Rainwater, and Snow to Patternless, Snow Patternless to snow, or Snow Patternless to Snow Patternless.
Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
In most cases 50% of the offspring should look similar to the parents when they grow up and 50% will look nothing like them but carry the genetics behind them to reproduce something that looks like the parents. The best chances of increasing your offspring to look like the parents is to breed 2 that outwardly show the traits you want, I believe.. or at least that's how it works with mammal genetics.

I hate to say this but your all sort of wrong.
Breeding:
Rainwater Snow Patternless to a Rainwater snow patternless gets you
rainwater snow patternless's. So the offspring will look just like the parents.
I'm presuming this Super rainwater snow... just means super snow rainwater... which means 50% of your offspring will also be super snow.
So to some up:
50% Rainwater Snow Patternless
50% Rainwater Super Snow Patternless.
No hets.
Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
I was thinking the same as what you have said Jordan however this would mean the morph calculator is wrong?

Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
tut. Can't believe you have to make an account there now to use it. I made an account and i will test it at some point.
I did the same pairing on this calculator, which is better IMO.

and here's a screenshot:
The calculator agrees with me lol. Its a simple pairing so i don't think the other calculator will have it wrong, maybe there was just a mistake selecting the genetics?

Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
Tested out morph calculator.com
And they don't have super snow rainwater patternless in there list.
So i had to go with the pairing of:
Mack Snow rainwater patternless x mack snow rainwater patternless
And the outcome was:
25% Super Snow rainwater patternless
50% Mack snow rainwater patternless
25% rainwater patternless
which is correct.
So with your pairing having that extra mack snow gene then it would be:
50% Super snow rainwater patternless
50% mack snow rainwater patternless.

Re: Super rainwater snow patternless
Brilliant! Thanks for that. Just wanted to get things cleared up before I go ahead with any breeding plans. Should be some very nice babies in the near future!
