Hey, I just discovered the new series pets 101 on Animal Planet. I've seen the cat 101 & dog 101, but I love this new programme Very Happy I just watched an episode about keeping loads of exotics pets: hedgehogs, capybara, skunks, miniature donkeys, pigs & pygmy goats. So, I wanted to watch some episode online.. and found this Very Happy

I love how leopard geckos are now being recognized as popular pets.. I still hear some many people saying 'that's strange, I dont know many people that own lizards'.. and I'm like MILLIONS of people do Very Happy

Yeah, I really like the 101 shows. We watch the Dogs 101: German Shepherd's all the time. They didn't really go into too much detail about the leo though, haha.

Not to be a spoil sport; but I remember on an old forum some people talking about Animal Planet coming to their business (leo breeding) and asking to film footage. One guy was baffled when they asked if he could get one of his leo's to click for the camera. The guy had no idea what they ment, or that leo's did that! Haha!

Cool video, thanks Sarah. Can't believe they did a 101 for geckos then they talk about a basking spot! This is where newbies will go to learn more and they will be learning the wrong thing. Someone should tell Pets 101 about it.

its a good video but some bits are wrong coz on one bit they are saying about geckos climeing ... but they dont say that leopard geckos cant do that they just show u the sticky pad of the cresties
