The one at the top looks like a high yellow or normal the bottom looks normal, looks to have a touch of organe on it tail.

Definately not a high yellow but you are right about the touch of orange tho! I am not sure if it is classed as a carrot tail, the general rule is atleast 15% of the tail is orange to be classed as a carrot tail.
High yellows look more like this:

he said 1 of them was a Mack snow het rainbow and the other is hypo mack snow het raptor, eclipse, is that possible? they look like norms to me too haha sides the tails

No such thing as 'Rainbow'
and it is possible they are mack snows, especially the top one. But know way of knwoing without test breeding them.
