So I have a couple manias in my life, my herps, my rabbits, my dogs, my family (obviously) and my gardens. I often tell my husband it's gardening or homicide, you pick... well I guess the shape of the gardens tell ya he didn't pick homicide Smile I just wanted to share some pix of how they're coming in so far... I need a little work on the photography tho... that's a mania in progress Smile

I don't know what they all are, I can't remember them all but for the ones I do know I'll say what they are.

Love in a mist in front of (from left to right) Wild fern, flaming torch lily and tiger lily.

Crazy Dasies (yes it's actually a type of daisy, the petals are jagged and rough insted of smooth and flat like a regular daisy)
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Verigated Hosta in flower (Pretty sure it's called a "Patriot Boy Hosta")

The garden on the corner of my house with a pear tree, primrose in the front, Purple Trinity flower, columbine and behind it all is Orange Corn Flower (not in bloom yet)

Closer view of the primrose lavender and other stuff. There's also clematis on the trellis

Johnny Jump Ups

We call these pineapple Lilys as they're about the same size as a pineapple and the stalk looks like the tops of them.

The other corner of my house (Hey Sarah there's a SNAIL in there Smile ) as well as lavender, lupine, an oak tree, black eyed susans, and wild day lilies on the far right

Just some random shot of my cemetary. Verigated hosta, forget me nots and lily of the valley.

More forget-me-nots

Sweet Williams

and one more of the Sweet williams by my front door

and lastly this is a 7 foot Johnston and perkins rose that was suppose to be lavender but the flowers come in hot pink insted... roses as big as your hand when in full bloom

So that's pretty much it for now until more stuff blooms. I have lemon drops coming in as well as my pink tea rose and the black eyed susans and corn flowers as well as wild day lilies, my wildflower garden and the rest of the hostas Smile I'll update as they come in Smile

Next week... my cloud pix Smile

I thought you'd like the snail sarah... I saw that in the store and instantly thought of you. Of course I had to get my frog in there too Smile around the shooting star Smile it really isn't too much work now I've had the gardens in for 6 years they just kinda go on auto pilot now with me thinning and weeding along the way.
