As for the ASPCA site...both aloe vera AND kalanchoe are toxic to cats and dogs.

I'm checking to see if rosemary is ok, though, because I had a rosemary plant die on me a while back and I kept it to use the dried leaves in cooking. But my boyfriend threw some stalks into the tanks and it looks perfect. Dry and scrubby as it gets.

I believe rosemary is ok. On your other thread I posted a link to a nice forum abut desert gardens that might interest you.

good thread,i was gonna ask what would be best for my gecko when ever i get him. so if i get an all in one dusting powder like the repashy stuff i dont need to leave a calcium dish in the viv? and just dust 2 times a week?

yeah, if you use an all in one dusting powder then you dont need to leave calcium in the tank.. and I only dust twice a week

With an all in 1 suppliment it is suggested to dust every other feeding fora adult non-laying leos and every feeding for juvies and hatchlings.
