My wife and i finally got our first leopard gecko yesterday at the expo. He was listed as an Emerine. We went to the breeder and found out he is het Tremper and his clutch mate is jungle. Would you consider this little guy to have a jungle pattern? Oh and he has the beginnings of carrot tail which looks great.

looks at what I wrote in this post

same thing applies to your gecko. your gecko is an "emerine" they are also called "patternless stripes". so its a little more then a jungle. It was Ron Tremper's way of marketing the by products of the Eclipse/Raptor project.

Good looking gecko.

its not a high yellow/normal.

Technically it is high yellow considering high yellow is just a trait that bright yellow geckos of any morph have. Right or wrong?

High yellow is a simple way of saying "pastel" or very pretty normal. So, no, not everything is also high yellow. Just something that is a normal, but looks better than the rest, makes it a high yellow.
