We made a video showing our super giant sunglow male and radar male. It's a video made to show the size differences between a giant vs normal leopard gecko. In the video the super giant sunglow is 10 month old, currently weighs 130g, with room to grow. The radar male is 1 year 1 month old, currently weighs around 75g. He's a robust male, father of the 2 hatchlings we showed you before.

Aside from the length and weight differences, giant leopard geckos really stand out when they are 3-5 months old. They will look much bigger than other juveniles at the same age. From nose to tail they'll be longer, their body structure stockier.

Male giants usually reach 80-110g by one year of age, super giants get over 110g. Female giants usually reach 60-90g by one year of age, super giants get over 90g.

And for those interested in giant genetics, per Ron Tremper:

Super Giant X Super Giant = 100% Super Giant
Super Giant X Giant = 50% Super Giant / 50% Giant
Super Giant X Normal = 100% Giant
Giant X Giant = 25% Super Giant, 50% Giant, 25% Normal
Giant X Normal = 50% Giant / 50% Normal

Hope you'll enjoy the video & the pics Smile

Beautiful geckos! The super giant is huge. I didn't realize how big they could be.

Thanks folks Smile

@Sam that's very cool, godzilla line produces some pretty large geckos. This particular male is the grandson of Moose. Have you bred the pair of super giants you have? Are the hatchlings larger than the parents?

I bred the pair last year but unfortunately she became egg bound and surgery was the only option to remove egg in the end so wasn't allowed to breed from her for a year so hopefully this year if i can get the money together for a incubator, i also have a 102g godzilla giant female Smile i'll post some pics of the 3 soon Smile

Yikes sorry to hear that, being egg-bound is such a horrible thing that could happen to any breeding females.
