Please HELP!!!! Turning WHITE

My little guy is turning white. It started in the middle of his body and is slowly moving towards his head and tail!! What is going on. He gets fresh water and 3 to 4 crickets a day. temp 90* to 73*

Hiya and Welcome to the forum, now calm down and stop panicking. just sounds like your leo is getting ready to shed his skin.

Newb here for sure!! I am taking over for a pair of cuties, from a chick that wanted nothing to do with them:( ... I am still learning about these little guys so I hope your right.. He is laying on his rock slumped over it and barely moving. I dunno. I will keep an update

Yes it is!!! I am such a newb..... However I am glad that is what it is!!! I am really excited about these guys coming into my home. I have BIG plans for them..... I have a 50 gallon tank that I currently renovating to support Geckos. I will show picks when done and thanks for all the help and quick replies. It feels good to be a part of a great hobby and forum:)

Make sure he has a moist hide to shed properly. You can make moist hides out of deli cups & containers, like this.

Then moist up some paper towels or sphagnum moss, and stuff it inside the hide. Moisture is needed when they are shedding.
