The Snailie Crew :)

So I took some more photos of my snails the other night Azra & Abdullah have grown LOADS since I got them















Oh, and I got a photo of banana watching me

they are huge compared to the photos when you got them

haha I know They are almost as big as Earl

I got them when they were around 3 months old in April.. soo they will be 6 months old now.. when they are 9 months old I think they will be ready to breed I can't wait for loads of snail babies

and i know right! they are massive now and only 6 months old.. i wonder how big they will be when they are a year old :O when they are 10 years old :O

Eros does that too every night when we feed the dogs. gets to the highest perch in his viv, stands on his tippy toes like he's fixin to pounce on one of the dogs if they get too close to his viv then he watches the one closest to him eat his entire dinner... won't walk away till their ALL done. Strange animal... guess he likes the traffic

Sarah, I must admit I have begun raising snails. It turned out that me BTS's LOVE snails and my kids found some in a friends yard and brought a bunch home to me. I am now housing them and raising them until I can feed....well never mind that part;).

I am letting the kids keep one each and they are just fascinated with them leaving their "snail trails" they call it all over their tank:D

haha they are fascinating little creatures! I have always been obsessed with them.. we had an empty old rabbit hutch in my garden when i was little and I used to spend ages collecting snails and put them in this rabbit hutch

Mine are growing sooo huge! and I already have 2 offers of people who want them for their children.. my neighbour who got a rabbit from me wants some for her grandchildren.. and my neighbour wants one for her son sooo they better get breeding soon!
