poor charm charm :(

so charm shed the other day and when i took her out to feed her i noticed that the tip of her nose has a chunk missing out of it and it looks soar, it doesn't seem to be bad or infected or anything i just feel bad for her because it looks so uncomfy. i remembered hearing about some one Else leo having this prob so i looked it up on the forum and Kermit said to use 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and water to clean it so im probably going to be doing that for her. but i felt like posting this for some odd reason. if there are any other suggestions please feel free to add them! ^_^ thanks!

It was either from rubbing to get the shed off or shed prematurly on the end of her nose revealing fresh premature skin... or a bit of both. I would do the cleaning once or twice a day, be very careful to not get it in charms nostrils. I wouldn't suggest any petrolium based applications such as neosporen as it can actually trap bacteria in there. It'll look worse before it looks better but don't panic as long as it doesn't weep pus you're good.

I know you were looking for others imput but... what can I say... hope charm is feeling better soon.

As long as there tank is clean don't worry about. I won't put anything, it just goes away. That happen with my gecko taking his shed of by rubbing on a log.
