Mourning Gecko Hatchlings!
Finally, after over 3 months of incubating got some tiny tiny tiny tiny little mourning gecko hatchlings!
So here are the pictures;

You have to realize they are in just normal cricket tubs, so that will help you envision how small they are

Re: Mourning Gecko Hatchlings!
There so dark at the moment as well, the adults are a really nice light colour but these are really dark you can barely see the pattern on it.
Yeah these guys wouldn't come off the roof lolm they were loving it.
The adults often lay their eggs on the roof or high up on a wall. lol

Re: Mourning Gecko Hatchlings!
i found a little technique where i put my nearly ready to lay female into a tub for laying in, then once they laid the eggsw and they had hardened, i would bend the plastic wall, which would mean the surface wasn't flat where the eggs are and they would just pop off.
They would be impossible to just pull off without breaking lol.

Re: Mourning Gecko Hatchlings!
That makes sense...having two eggs stuck to each other I wouldn't want to try to get them off a wall.
Re: Mourning Gecko Hatchlings!
did you see the picutre is took of the eggs when they were laid? i have a post some where, presumably in this 'All other gecko's' section.
