Re: ID please? :)
Hello and welcome to the forum!
Looks like a hypo tangerine to me. There MAY be some carrot tail, but I don't think its covering enough of the tail to be considered a carrot tail. It may cover more of his/her tail as she gets older though.

Thank you very much Her name's Fig and she's my house mate's gecko. I'm more of a tortoise fanatic myself x

I'm not positive, have someone else chime in to be sure, just in case. I'm still learning! :P
And no problem! She's very pretty! I'm always drawn to the hypo tangerines, but don't have one myself yet! Fig is a very cute name!
Tortoises are awesome! Do you have any? If so, you should post pics in the "other pet section". I love tortoises as well, but don't have any. I'd love one one day though. All the species I'm interested in are very expensive so I've got a while to wait! :P

No worries, thank you though
She is beautiful. I didn't know leopard geckos existed until my housemate got one and I've fallen in love with them.
Yeah I have a three month old Mediterranean Spur thigh named Sparta and I love him to pieces I'll try get a pic up now.

Re: ID please? :)
its a hypo for sure. dont think it it is orange enough to be called a tangerine. i would tell your room mate to get rid of the sandy type substrate though, if the gecko eats any, on purpose, or accident....it could cause impaction, and even death...good luck and let us know if we can help you with anything else.
