10" Feeding Tongs by ZooMed
How long have you been using this product (originally purchased when)?:
I've been using their tongs for about 2 or 3 years now. I liked them so much, that I bought a second pair of tongs.
Did you purchase this product New or Used?
I bought them new both times, but if I found a used set, I'd pick them up too!
Where did you purchase this product (ebay, retail store, swap shop etc.):
I bought this product at the pet shop that I usually shop at.
Was it recommended to you by a sales clerk or secondary party (friend, relative, another herper, etc.)?
Nope, it just seemed like a good idea at the time, and it truly was a fantastic "impulse buy". It has saved my fingers on more then one occasion from being bitten by my Budgetts Frog "Bridget".
Describe your experience with this product:
I love it. It is really easy to hold all sorts of feeders with.
Would you recommend this product to another herper?
Absolutely!
If this product failed you, has the company/manufacturer been notified?
These tongs are really well made, mine have been chomped, dropped and carted around everywhere and they haven't let me down yet!
If so have they offered any remedy for your complaint?
N/A - haven't had a need to complain yet!
If this product performed above and beyond your expectations please explain here:
They are just a really good set of tongs, they hold all sorts of feeder insects really well and have good grip so they can't get away.
Additional comments:
I give this product 5 stars, I will probably buy a few more sets of these tongs in the future, as I keep misplacing the 2 I already have. The price is reasonable too, I think they sell for about $10.00 in my city.
If you are interested in getting feeding tongs, buy these ones.
