Lay Box?

If I get a female crested gecko, even though she won't be breeding, should I still have a lay box for her? If so, what are your suggestions for the lay box? I've seen Tuboware containers used.

like a moist hide.. but fill it with vermiculite instead.

You can get it at a garden centre, usually in a bag.
