Your own signatures

I shared this idea with Kel about advertising that once a member reaches a certain amount of posts, i.e. 30, 50, 100, they would get a custom made signature made by staff or a new made up staff labeled as "Graphic Staff" or what have you.

We would find or vote on good signature makers and make them the graphic staff making signatures of a certain size and maybe bigger ones or with more images depending on posts made.

What do you all think? Here are a few of animal signatures I've done.

Something like that, in my opinion, would be good. It's the only example I could find readily.

im not sure it warrants the need of a new staff team to be honest.

I also think setting a post limit might be do more bad than good.

Imagine, 'i want a cool signature...damn i have to have 50 posts, oh wait a minute... i can make my own long before that' ... and just type in free signature maker into google.

So i think there wouldn't be a staff position for it, but by all means you can offer to make signatures for people when they meet certain requrements.

(bare in mind to read the section about signatures in the rules, before taking this venture on)

To expand on this idea... i can always set something up called something like 'LGF Points' ... in which will increase when a member posts.
So say a new thread will gain you 3 ponts and a post will gain you 1 point or something, and say you can only give signatures to people with 20 points or more or something.

Or anything else can think of a use for LGF Points? or anything?

I like the idea but then I am thinking it might bring on pointless threads and posts, just to gain points. I do agree though that it will encourage people to post more though....hmmm, something to think about:S

Hey Brittany, you should make a thread selling some of your signatures for LGF Points to people. Now that people can use their LGF Points again, it might be a good way for you to make some extra for yourself, selling your signatures!

I like the idea, and having to earn the right with posts/points but like Jordan I don't think it needs another staff member
