waterfall?

hey what do you guys think about a waterfall in a leopard gecko cage? i have been reading controversy on this subject.

I think it would cause too much humidity with the heating requirements, leading to an upper respiratory infection. Even if you put it on the cool side.

Just my two cents.

thanks for the input, i was going to put one in once i get a leo but then i read some were that its bad for bearded dragons so it worried me that it might harm leos to. thanks for your advice!

Yes, I do agree with Kodieh, they like it fairly dry. It would ahve looked really nice though. I always liked the frog enclosures and such because they always look so nice with waterfalls and "rain" and all:)

i agree they are so pretty and nice looking but if they make the leo uncomfy its not worth it ^_^

It would be great for something like a crestie or frogs but high humitidies can cause upper respiratory infections and problems with their eyes.

It also takes up way to much floor space for a leo tank.
