All the new buttons and icons

What does everyone think to the new buttons and icons everywhere?
Blue is for no new posts, Orange is for new posts.
Pink is for hot threads.

Also the new bar at the top.

I think it's a lot more user friendly but I still think you should have a legend at the bottom of each page explaining what the icons mean. For example I have no legend when in my user control panel looking at threads and also when in the see your watched threads section.

Okay i'll have a look tomorrow, but i don't think its too hard to remember, blue is no new posts, Orange is new posts.
So it might be a bit unnecessary.

So what happens if a hot topic has a new post? Does it stay pink, scroll or color change to let you know there's a new post? For us idiots that can't remember yesterday, it makes it easier to have the legends on each page in case we forget then we can just scroll down insted of hagving to go all the way back to the forum group to figure it out. Granted once people have been here a while they'd likely know just by looking but I'm thinking of the user friendliness for the newbies. Sometimes it's simple frustrations like that that will make them look for a more user friendly forum *Insert nodding yes icon here (pst you need one of those *

I love the new button thingies they are colourful and look more modern and user friendly
