I'm so excited.
My birthday's on the 5th of July and just after it i'm getting my leopard gecko!!!!

Congrats! All I can say is READ READ read... you also want you viv set up about a week before your leo is due to be in it so you can tweak temps, clean and disinfect everything and give it time to completely dry. I know its exciting getting a new herp but take your time and do it right

Mezzanotte! Met-za-naughty. You can type it into google translate. It's Italian for Midnight which i thought suited it pretty well since they're nocturnal...

I got this for you Kel.....lol.....they are actually diurnal Jess, which means they are most active in the early evening and the early morning

They are actually crepuscular Jolene meaning most active at sunrise and sunset... not a true noctournal animal which only comes out well after sunset

2 days! The day after tomorrow.
Tomorrow me, my mum, and my sister are going to be doing some mega shopping for party food, streamers, balloons, CAKE, etc.
PS- My mum and dad haven't got my prezzies yet so they're going to have to go today because tomorrow my dad's at work. lol

Lol.
I got little Mezzanotte this morning. He's gorgeous! And i don't have to spend any birthday money!
I think he's a normal but i will send some pictures in to help identify him.
He's a rescue that one of the breeders took in. He needs to be fattened up quite a bit and his tail is only half of what it should be. It was half that before he was handed in to the breeder. It seems he didn't have a heat mat before and was underfed.
But he's a beautiful natured little thing and i will send in some pics soon.
