building new caves ect...?

i went to the store and they are selling red clay but its from Crayola? it says non toxic? its not playdo . its for making pots and figurines without baking?

i made my geckos caves! its styroform !

ok i try to explain i know i wont get the words right hope you understand!!

you take styroform and you grout it with like 3 layers of grout you make 1 layer let it dry than the next and so on! when its dry you can buy a spray in wallmarkt to make it look like stone or sandy whatever you want ! spray it let it dry! than you need mot poch it is reptile safe its withe and sticky you put that on in thin layers i made 2 layers wait till it is totaly dry and its it looks withe but when it drys you dont see it no more! ready to go !


you geckos will love it !

you very welcome!! oh i forgot before you grout it you need to have the form you want first cut out! after you grout it you cant cut it no more its getting heavy and you can clean it easy the motch potch or what is called is water resisdent so i take it under the water and brush it off !

pls do it out side it will get messy ! well when i did it it got! plus the spray i used pls do that for sure outside and i used a mask the fums are danguers make sure its dry before the last step!!!

the groud we got from home depo the modge spot (or what it called lol) we got from michels its a craft store and way cheaper than home depo!!! the tools i used are all from the dollar store!!!

thanks alot! im planing on a little tunel system for the geckos with diffrent levels right now but i still not sure how to make it !

There's actully a sticky (I believe its a sticky anyway) in the DIY section where kragain takes you step by step thru he process of making your own caves.
