Bulbs?

I want to know should I be using any light source or just my undertank heater. I always hear people talking about red bulbs buth do they need them or any other bulb?

The red bulbs are just for night time viewing. They do not require any other heat source. For them belly heat is important for the digestion of food. Any other light just stresses them out.

I agree, the caresheet in othe housing sections explains the only need for bulbs. BUT personally i think anyone can get on fine with out any bulbs at all.

I have leos right now and not a single one has a bulb

Okay great, I don't really want to use a bulb because then it would be to warm so I am glad I don't need to use one!
