aww that poor leopard gecko ... it's got MBD so severe, too I don't know how people can do that to their pets

i dont understand why ppl are so dumb to let it get that bad sand is way more money then some of the safer ops like rock slate or rept carpets

'reptile carpet' is really no better than sand, if they pull bits or threads of it up biting at prey, and swollow it, it can impact them as bad, if not worse than sand can. plus the fact that it harbors alot of bacteria once pooped on, i would advise against the carpet too, but you are right drip, there are alot of better, and cheaper alternatives! for sure.
