I do it every other day since I refrigerate my mealworms. What feeders are you using?

This is how I gutload my mealworms: put a piece of carrot in the container they are in. Done. Razz I usually leave the carrot in there for about 24 hours and then refrigerate the ones I don't feed off right away and I gutload them every other day to two days.

If you have crickets...carrots work still or you can get flukers brand gutload stuff. They need food and water every day to thrive.

it does depend on your feeders, but carrots work great for the water source of almost any feeder and then for the worms i usually have them in oatmeal with a little bit of gold fish flakes. thats good for crickets as well but in a small food bowl not as bedding lol. as for how much i leave the food in as 24/7 but the carrots you change out ever 2 days or so. other wise they will get moldy and kill the feeders.
