Peat moss substrate??

I have been reaserching around the internet on different substrates. I hve come across quite a few people that are using peat moss as a substrate. Does anyone have an opinion on this. I think that peat would look awesome in the bottom for substrate.

It's a loose substrate, so it's really not recommended.

You can go with unglazed ceramic tile which comes in multitudes of colors, is easy to clean, and heats really well.
