So with moving in with my new roommate, Skylar, I've taken up exercising with him. We began thursday, and ran a mile and a half and came home and did push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, arm circles and lunge's. Yesterday we ran a full 5K run (3.2 miles), and then came home and did more of the same, except we did squats as well.

I've also started weight lifting; I doing arm curls and over head lifts with 15 pound free weights.


I'm really excited, I'm tired of being out of shape. On the same note though, I'm tired of being sore too; haha!

I promised the wife that I'd stick with it, because I spent a bit of money to get started on it. Lol!

I did the same thing for two straight months during the summer, and then school started and killed it all. XD But it felt great while I was doing it! Keep it up and you won't get too sore anymore. Smile

I'm definitely going to keep with it. I've got school starting tomorrow, so it'll kill some of it for me; but we're still going to do calisthenics at home and find times to run on the weekends.
