Methods of buying animals.

I usually get my pets as rescues or adopt them. For Stella, since she was my first leo, I wanted to make sure she was healthy since I wasn't really up for a rescue project. I got her from someone on Craigslist who was starting to breed geckos. He took awesome care of them (Stella's parents each had their own 20 gals!), the parents were from breeders, the babies all lived in separate tubs, and he told me all about her parents. Not a professional breeder, but he obviously loved his geckos.

Stanley was an unwanted 15 year old gecko that someone brought into the pet store I work at, so I ended up having a little rescue project after all LOL.
