Perlite and or Vermiculite

Perlite and or Vermiculite

For my substrate inside the egg container inside the incubator can i just use perlite or do I need Vermiculite as well?

I've heard chatter that perlite mixed with vermiculite is "better" but it's really hearsay. It's what you want to use, really.

I have used Perlite for years and have hatched out thousands with it. It works for me

ya either or works just fine. i use vermiculite and have no issues with it. So either or

Thanks so much guys i thought it was fine I just wanted to make sure it was ok first. BTW has anyone ever noticed perlite smells like dirt? Lol
